These Provider Pool Terms and Conditions, is a legal agreement between Provider Pool, Inc. and the person (you) who registered an Account using the Register Page available at our web site. This is a contract between you (the Customer) and us (Provider Pool). It describes the services we will provide to you, how we will work together, and other aspects of our business relationship. It is a legal document so some of the language is necessarily “legalese”, but we have tried to make it as readable as possible. These terms are so important that we cannot provide our products and services to you unless you agree to them. By using the Subscription Service or receiving the Consulting Services, you are agreeing to these terms. We periodically update these terms. If you have an active Provider Pool subscription, we will let you know when we do via an email or in-app notification. You can find archived versions of the terms here.

The Site is based upon proprietary Provider Pool technology and includes the Content. The Site is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including trademark and copyright laws. The Site, including all intellectual property rights in the Site, belongs to and is the property of Provider Pool or its licensors (if any). Provider Pool owns and retains all copyrights in the Content. Except as specifically permitted on the Site as to certain Content, the Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, transmitted, performed, or distributed in any way, and you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, transmit, broadcast, or create derivative works based on the Content or the Site, in whole or in part, by any means. Provider Pool, the Sprocket Design, the Provider Pool logos, and other marks used by Provider Pool from time to time are trademarks and the property of Provider Pool. The appearance, layout, color scheme, and design of the Provider Pool.com site are protected trade dress. Customer does not receive any right or license to use the foregoing. Provider Pool may use and incorporate into the Site or the Provider Pool Service any suggestions or other feedback you provide, without payment or condition. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement on the Site or the Service should be sent to Provider Pool's designated Copyright Agent. You will use the Provider Pool Community for its intended purpose only, and will not use it for solicitation or advertising purposes, unless we otherwise agree. Your Content should typically relate to inbound best practices, the Provider Pool products or their use. The Provider Pool Community is meant for public discussion, so you may not disclose or solicit anyone's private information or disclose confidential information. You are responsible for the use by third parties of any personal information disclosed by you to the Provider Pool Community, whether or not you permitted such use. This means that no private or personal information should be exchanged within the Provider Pool Community. Upon our consent, certain users may be permitted to include a link as part of their signature information, which another user may click to leave the Provider Pool Community and obtain or share additional information. If you share your information by following one of these links, then you grant us the right to further share your information with trusted partners so that they may contact you about inbound marketing or sales service offerings.
